In this edition of Pick Up of the Week, I'll take a look at players that you should consider after the All-Star Break. Here are three players you should focus on, that could make a difference down the stretch.

Sean Gallagher, SP Oakland - It is clear why I like him in the second Half. When Billy Beane goes after young pitching, he is most likely going to use it at the Major league level. Peter Gammons said during the futures game on Sunday that he believes when it's all said and done, Gallagher will have a lot more wins then Harden in his career. And I think that starts in the second half. Gallagher is owned in zero percent of leagues, so umm.... Now is the chance to jump on this guy. Gallagher went seven innings in his debut with Oakland. I really got a feeling about this.... It seems like Oakland and Gallagher are in love. And on a minor note, I think his counterpart in trade Matt Murton might be worth a look as well.

Andrew McCutchen, OF Pittsburgh - You can bet your bottom dollar that by Sepetember we will see Mr. McCutchen manning the outfield. It almost seems inevitable that the Pirates will deal one outfielder at least by the end of July. When that happens, Center Field will be his to keep. McCutchen is a great fantasy value, because he will steal, hit for average, hit for power and even take some walks. He should definitely be on your watch list.

Casey Weathers, CL Colorado - Ok, I feel like this might be a bit of a stretch, but this kid was just short of amazing in the futures game yesterday. In a deep league, Weathers could be your guy for saves, especially if the Rockies deal Brian Fuentes. He can hit 98 on the gun and dominates right handed hitters. ESPN ranks Weathers as the best minor leaguer to pick up future saves. I still cant get over his performance yesterday.
