Eighteen touchdowns. 3 Interceptions. No, those aren't Tom Brady or Peyton Manning Numbers. Heck they aren't lil Manning or Drew Brees Numbers.

But after playing in 12 games last season for the Jacksonville Jaguars and throwing for 2,509 yard s, David Garrard has put himself on the map of capable number one quarterbacks in nearly any fantasy league.

And the Numbers look to only get better. According to Jaguars.com, The staff in Jacksonville is trying to get Garrard to air the ball out a bit more. With Jerry Porter and Reggie Williams as his go to guys, why not burn it? With Maurice Jones-Drew spreading the field, and Fred Taylor pounding the middle, the long ball is going to be a great place to go. And if head coach Jack Del Rio brings in Terry Glenn to fill in for his banged up corps, it will become almost impossible not to go deep. Which could be good and bad.

I think that Garrard could have great value if you fall into a situation where you have to take someone in the middle rounds, and you missed out on the Carson Palmer's and Peyton Manning's of the world.
