Dexter Sports Pick up of the Week: Darrell Rasner

Darrell Rasner has been just the pitching help that the Yankees have been hoping for. In three starts so far this season, he is a brilliant 3-0 with a 1.89 ERA and a .84 WHIP. Rasner, who was called up to replace Phil Hughes, might not be up all season, due to the Joba experiement. He is worth the effort in any type of league though.

Though the most obvious player of the week would be Clayton Kershaw, who dominated the St. Louis Cardinals in his first start in dodger blue, I decided that Rasner would be the easiest to get. Rasner is only owned in 29 % of leagues. His winning should only improve, with Alex Rodriguez back in the lineup and Derek Jeter not going to the DL the offensive production should continue to increase. Especially if Damon and Giambi wore the gold thong at all times.
