Congrats to Horacio Ramirez on his recent call up to Kansas City after a great showing at AAA Omaha. Ramirez was our very first free agent profile.

Ramirez will be used as a lefty specialist and primarily a long reliever. Manager Trey Hillman loves his ability to pitch to either right or left handed hitters.

Ramirez had a 1.42 ERA in 19 innings pitched for the Omaha Royals. The Royals signed him in late march after being released by the Mariners.
